Velocity Print Solutions supports Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Event
Velocity Print Solutions has entered a team in the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk on October 18, 2009. Velocity employees have set a fundraising goal of $20,000. Elaine B. Neiss, Marketing Manager of Velocity Print Solutions, stated that: “This is the first major community project we have undertaken and we’ve set a very high goal for ourselves. Many of our staff has been personally touched by breast cancer through family and friends so this event has a special meaning for many of us. Our employees have been very supportive of all of our fundraising efforts. We have had raffles, sold pink ribbons, collected spare change, and much more is planned. Local community support is critical to reaching our goal.
